Standard Auto Wreckers has been serving the Greater Toronto Area since 1983 and owners Ken and David Gold have always made charitable giving a part of their business culture. Their CharityCar.ca program has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to more than a hundred and fifty local charities.10,000 Trees were formed in 1989. 10,000 Trees now runs as an independent all-volunteer group, with Charitable Organization status, running as a nonprofit charity with an MER of 0% all funding goes directly to funding the charity itself.
